1. Who we are
MetricFit (“we”, “us”) operates reyou th assessment and content services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. For questions, contact hello@metricfithealth.com.
2. What we collect
Assessment answers. The health assessment runs without an account. Your answers are processed in a temporary server session that expires within 2 hours and is used only to compute your result. We do not store questionnaire answers, medical history, or medication entries in any database. Your in-progress session is kept in your own browser (session storage), not on our servers.
Email address (optional). If you choose to receive your result by email, we store your email address, your selected priority tags, and your newsletter preference. No questionnaire content is attached.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) kept briefly for security and rate limiting.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not build advertising profiles from assessment answers.
- We do not require your name, phone number, or identity documents.
- We do not store safety-screening answers (pregnancy, conditions, medications) — they are used for the veto decision in the moment and discarded.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)
We process the email address you submit on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)). You may withdraw consent at any time via any unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the site to function (for example, security nonces). Optional analytics cookies are only used with your consent via the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Sharing and processors
We share the minimum needed: an email delivery provider (to send the result you requested), and — if you click outbound product links — affiliate network partners, who receive standard click-tracking data under their own privacy policies. We never send questionnaire answers to third parties.
7. Retention
Assessment session data: up to 2 hours. Email lead records: kept until you ask us to delete them or unsubscribe. Server logs: up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. EEA/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Contact hello@metricfithealth.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
This service is intended for adults 18 and over and is not directed at children.
10. Security
We apply transport encryption in production, rate limiting, and least-data design (no health database exists to breach). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of any reportable breach as required by law.

We will post any changes here with a new “last updated” date.
